2017 Winter Socializing Event
Join the winter tour at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort and Nami Island!
During the winter, Nami Island is covered snow. The tall trees planted on two side of the walking path become the prefect landing spots for the fluffy snow. Walking in this white wonderland which is surrounded by the snow globe scenery and picturesque views, you could totally experience the peaceful and romantic wintery atmosphere. Payment Notification
* Transportation, lunch, tour guide and admission fee are included.
* Ski equipment and clothes are not included in the fee. Additional fee is required for equipment rental. The fee of equipment is depends on the announcement from ski resort. Please pay to ski resort directly in cash.
*Please note that minimum number of 20 participants is required to operate this tour. HEF reserves the right to cancel this tour if minimum number is not achieved. We shall confirm with participants before December 20th, 2016 by e-mail and the payment will be refunded by paypal.
Refund & Cancelation Policy
*If participants do not pay tour fee before Decebember 20th, their seat will be cancelled and passed to other delegates.
*If participants cancel the tour for personal reasons, the cancelation charge will be applied as follows.
-Before November 30th: 50% refund
-From December 1st: Nonrefundable
*On-site registration and cancellation is not acceptable
Important Information
Temperature on February: -6~3 ℃
* We recommend you to wear the winter clothes and comfortable shoes.
* HEF has the right to adjust the itinerary and schedule due to weather, traffic and irresistible reasons
*If the attraction is invisible due to weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled and tour will not be refunded.
*Participants should follow the tour guide's instractions. The tour guide and HEF are not responsible for participants leave withour notice and personal activities. The tour bus won't wait for any personal excuse.
*The feasibility of ski activities will depends on the sufficiency of time and the situation on site.
