Important Information about Participation

It is important for people who would like to participate in APCESP 2017 to submit the paper with correct format. Please visit the website below and read the information carefully before you submit your paper.

In addition, all the application of attendance will be reviewed through our online submission system. Please must follow the steps below to apply for participating.

Step 1: Register at http://www.apcesp.org/registration.asp to be a member
Step 2: Fill in your information and click “Next”
           Confirm the pre-registration information. Then, click “Confirm.”
Step 3: Log in your account

To attend as audience, please follow Step 4 to 5.
To attend as an author, please follow Step 6 to 9.

Step 4: Click “Attend without Paper” 
Step 5: Fill in the information and click “Submit.” Find the status “Accept”

Step 6: Click “Paper Submission” 
Step 7: Fill in the information of your paper.
Step 8: Find “Manuscript upload” at the end of the page. Click “Choose file” to upload your abstract in Microsoft Word file (*.doc), then click “Upload.” At that time, you could find it “Submit Successfully”
Step 9: Click “Submit” to finish your submission.

Please understand that the paper reviewing process may takes about one to two weeks, and the formal notification of acceptance will be e-mailed depends on the paper submission date after November 10^th, 2016.
